Who operates the service
Welcome Book Builder is operated by HANG HU. Questions about privacy or your information can be sent to [email protected].
Information we use
We use your name, email address, sign-in records, guide content, source uploads, images, published versions and export jobs to provide your account and guest guides. We also use subscription identifiers, payment status and invoice references to manage paid access. Stripe handles card details; we do not store full card numbers. Technical requests may include an IP address, browser details and security information needed to deliver and protect the service.
Guest links and optional counts
Guests can read a published guide without an account. Anyone holding its link can open or forward it. Review addresses, contact details and Wi-Fi information before publishing. Do not upload identity documents, guest records or actual entry and lockbox codes. Optional guide counts record daily page or section loads; they do not identify unique guests.
Service providers
Hostinger hosts the application and private files. Cloudflare provides DNS, HTTPS proxying and security. Google provides optional sign-in, Resend sends account and billing email, Stripe processes subscriptions, and Spaceship forwards support email. These providers process the information needed for their services and may process it outside your country. We use information to deliver the service, secure accounts, handle support and meet applicable obligations; we do not sell it or use it for targeted advertising.
Cookies and browser drafts
Essential cookies maintain your sign-in. Your browser can store a local draft and display preferences. Clearing browser storage may remove a local draft. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in. We do not currently use advertising cookies.
Retention and your choices
Account and guide information is retained while needed to provide your account and the content you keep. You can export your data, revoke guide links, delete a property or request account deletion in the account area. Private file deletion is processed in the background after access is removed. See the data retention page for backups and downloaded copies. To request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it, email [email protected]. We verify requests before acting. Mandatory privacy rights remain available.
