Welcome Book Builder is designed for independent hosts maintaining one to five rental guides. You write the property instructions and choose when to publish. Guests open the guide in a browser; they do not need a separate account or app. An internet connection is required to open the online guide.
- Start from a sample template or your existing house manual. Document imports extract text for review, rather than recreating a PDF layout.
- Give each property its own guide. Copied guides and sections become independent drafts, so later changes must be reviewed in each copy.
- Use your existing booking channel for guest conversations and access codes. The guide does not connect to a PMS, send scheduled messages or translate content automatically.
