DIGITAL WELCOME BOOKS FOR VACATION RENTALS

Digital guidebooks for up to five rentals.

Give each property its own guest guide and share link. Copy useful sections into another draft, check its address and Wi-Fi details, then publish each guide independently.

  • Keep each property’s name, address and Wi-Fi details separate.
  • Copy a guide or section into another property’s draft.
  • Publish each guide when its information has been checked.
  • Review and maintain each property independently.

Reuse useful writing, then check each property

A shared style can save writing time, but every rental still needs the right address, Wi-Fi details, photos and departure instructions. Copy a guide or individual section into another account property’s draft, then review it for the destination property. The copies are independent: editing one does not synchronize the others.

  • Use internal names to distinguish properties and guest-facing names that travelers will recognize.
  • Check the copied property’s time zone, equipment and contact fields before publishing.
  • Keep a separate guest link and QR card for each rental, and label printed copies with the property name.
  • The larger annual plan covers up to five properties, including drafts. Check Billing before adding a property or changing plans.

Start with the notes you already have.

Choose a template or a blank draft, then add the details that matter at your property.
