Welcome Book Builder is operated by HANG HU. Contact [email protected]. The service helps independent vacation-rental hosts edit and publish digital guest guides and create printable PDFs. You must be at least 18 and authorized to manage the content you add. It is not a booking platform, property management system, emergency service or essential access-control system. Keep an alternative source of arrival information.
Drafts and paid hosting
You can prepare one property draft and preview it for free. Publishing, guest hosting and PDF exports require an active paid plan. Annual plans are USD 59 for one property or USD 129 for up to five properties. Each plan covers the stated number of properties, not separate subscriptions for each guide version. The amount, currency and any applicable tax shown at checkout are the amount you authorize.
Renewal, cancellation and plan changes
Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage payment details and cancel renewal through the billing page. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not itself issue a refund. An upgrade can create an immediate prorated charge shown in the customer portal. A downgrade is scheduled for the end of the current period; choose the property to retain before moving to the one-property plan.
When paid access ends
Paid-through time is granted only after payment is verified. After it ends, a seven-day read-only grace period allows existing hosted guides to remain readable, while new publishing and exports stop. Guest hosting stops after that grace. A confirmed full refund or a payment dispute can restrict access earlier. Expiry alone does not automatically delete your saved guides; deletion and backup handling are described on the data retention page.
Your content and account
You remain responsible for the accuracy of instructions and your right to share all text and images. Do not include actual access codes, identity documents, personal guest records or unlawful material. You retain ownership of your content and allow us to store, process and display it only to operate the service and carry out your sharing choices. Protect your sign-in and contact support promptly about unauthorized use. We may restrict abusive, unlawful or infringing use and explain the action where doing so does not compromise security or a legal obligation.
Availability and changes
Online guides depend on network access and the service may be interrupted by maintenance or faults. Keep your own exports and alternative arrival instructions. Material changes to prices or these terms will be communicated before they apply to a future renewal; they do not retroactively change a paid period. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or recovery from the loss of the hosting server.
Applicable law and rights
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, subject to any mandatory rights and protections that apply where you live. Contact support first so we can try to resolve an issue. Nothing here removes your right to complain to a regulator or bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction, or excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Refund requests are handled under the refund policy and applicable law.
