Organize the guide around guest tasks
Keep arrival, Wi-Fi, house instructions and checkout in recognizable sections. Use a paragraph for context, a list for separate items and steps for a sequence. The phone preview helps you check how those choices read together.
Choose a section to edit
Select a section in the editor’s sidebar, such as Arrival & parking, Wi-Fi or Check-out. On a small screen, open Guide sections to choose one, then use Back to editing. You can rename a section using its Guest-facing title field.
Add content blocks
- Use Text for a short explanation.
- Use List for separate items, with one item on each line.
- Use Steps when actions need to happen in order.
- Use Image for a photo, description and optional caption.
- Use Link for a website, email address or phone number guests can open.
Reorder, hide or remove sections
Use the up and down controls beside a section to move it. Hiding a section removes it from the guest view after you publish. Hiding Arrival & parking, Wi-Fi or Host contact also hides their associated shared fields. Removing a section deletes it from the draft; the last published guide stays unchanged until you publish again.
Wait for the draft to save
The editor saves after a short pause, or you can choose Save draft. Wait for Saved before leaving. If saving fails, keep the page open and try again. If another tab has changed the draft, download your current draft before loading the saved version.
Read the phone preview
Use the preview controls to switch between the guide home and current section. On a small screen, choose Draft preview. The preview shows your working draft; guests still see the last published version.
