Know which version guests can read
A saved draft is your working copy. A published version is the reviewed content available through the guest link. Keeping these separate lets you edit without showing unfinished changes to guests.
Save your working copy
Editing and saving keep changes in your draft. Guests continue to see the last published version. The editor shows Unpublished changes when the saved draft differs from that version.
Review and publish
With an active hosting plan, choose Review & publish. Check the property facts, confirm that anyone with the link can read the guide and review it for sensitive information. Publishing creates a separate version for guests. Hidden sections and unconfirmed sharing fields are left out.
Restore an earlier published version
Open Version history and choose Restore as draft for the version you need. This replaces your saved draft, so download any current draft content you want to keep first. Published versions contain only what was shared: hidden sections and unshared fields cannot be recovered from them. Review the restored content and publish again to change the guest guide.
Use the same link for updates
Publishing an update keeps the active share link and QR code. Guests see the new version when they open or refresh the guide. A page already open does not update itself. If you revoked the previous link, publishing again creates a new one; replace old messages and QR cards.
Downloaded PDFs stay unchanged. Create and distribute a new PDF after publishing updates, including a new guest PDF if you offer downloads in the guide.
If you cannot publish
Check Billing for your hosting status. Publishing and new PDF exports pause during the read-only grace period and after hosting expires. A browser draft cannot publish; the editor demo only simulates publishing locally.
