Publishing & sharing

Share, replace or revoke a guest guide link

Share a published guest guide, replace its link or stop new guest access. Check which QR cards, saved messages and downloaded files are affected.

Use the current published link

Guest guide links allow reading without a guest account. Anyone who has the link can forward it, so review the content before sharing and use your private booking channel for access codes or guest-specific arrangements.

Copy the published guide link

After publishing an account guide, open Share guide to copy its link, download a QR code or print a QR card. Guests can open the link without an account or app. A browser draft has no published guest link.

Anyone with the link can read it

A guide is unlisted, but its link can be forwarded and does not verify that the reader has a booking. Share only the property details you intend guests to see. Keep door and lockbox codes in your private booking or arrival messages.

Replace the link

Choose Replace share link to create a new link and stop the old one working. Replace any QR cards and saved messages that use the old link. Routine content updates keep an active link, so you do not need to replace it each time you publish.

Stop guest access

Choose Stop guest access to revoke the current link immediately. Publishing again creates a new link rather than restoring the old one. Guest access also pauses when hosting access ends. Revoking a link cannot erase a page already open or recall a saved PDF, image or screenshot.

Test the new link

Open the replacement link on another device and scan the printed QR card. Check that the old link no longer loads the guide. Keep arrival information available through your booking channel while changing access.
