Create a guest guide QR code and print a card

Download a guest guide QR code as PNG or print a QR card. Test the actual printed code and learn when replacing a share link requires a new card.

A QR code opens your guest guide

The guide code contains your published share link. It is useful on a welcome card at the property, but it does not contain an offline guide or connect a phone to Wi-Fi. Guests need a working internet connection to open the link.

Create a QR card

For a published account guide, open Share guide and choose Print QR card, or Download QR code (PNG) to use your own layout. The code opens your guest link. It does not contain a copy of the guide or connect a device to Wi-Fi.

Check the printed card

  1. Open Print QR card and use your browser’s print controls.
  2. Check the preview for cropping and keep clear space around the QR code.
  3. Print the card and scan that actual copy on a phone.
  4. Check the code from the place guests will use it.

Replace the card when the link changes

Publishing an update keeps the active link, so the same card opens the current guide. Replacing or revoking the share link stops old cards working. Update cards and saved messages whenever you create a new link.

Keep arrival details available elsewhere

Opening the guide requires a working internet connection. A QR card does not provide offline access. Keep arrival instructions in your booking messages or provide a suitable printed backup.
