Getting started

Create your first digital welcome book

Start a free browser draft or create an account property for your digital welcome book. Add house details, choose a time zone and preview the guest view.

Choose a browser draft or an account guide

A browser draft lets you try writing and previewing without signing in. An account property saves a guide in your host account and is the route to paid publishing and PDF export. Browser drafts do not automatically transfer into an account.

Start a browser draft

Choose Create your guide, enter the property name guests will see and select a template or Blank guide. Choose the property’s time zone, then Create browser draft. Your text stays in this browser. Download a backup before clearing browser data or switching devices; photos are not included.

Create a property in your account

Sign in, open My properties and choose Add a property. Enter an Internal name for your own use, a Guest-facing name, the Town or area and Property time zone. Choose Create property to open the draft. The free plan allows one property draft. Paid plan limits also include drafts.

Check the name and time zone

Use a property name, not a guest’s name. An internal name helps you distinguish properties and does not appear in the guest guide. Set the actual property time zone so check-in and check-out times make sense wherever the guest is browsing.

Add the essentials first

  • Write arrival and parking directions.
  • Add the guest Wi-Fi details you want to share.
  • Set the check-out time and write a short departure list.
  • Add house instructions and photos that explain your property.
  • Keep door codes, guest records and identity documents out of the guide.

Preview before publishing

Read the phone preview and check the details at the property. Remove sections you do not need. Account publishing requires an active hosting plan; a browser-only draft cannot create a guest link. Browser drafts do not automatically transfer into an account.
